Summary The goal of this study was to determine the microRNAs altered upon the development of insulin resistance in a murine hypothalamic Neuropeptide Y/Agouti-related Peptide expressing cell line mHypoE-46
 
Overall design Twelve samples were analyzed. This included two time points 4 and 24 hours post treatment with either vehicle (Phosphate Buffered Saline, PBS) or 100 nM of Insulin. The experiment was replicated three times independently.
