Summary |
Mature B cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of two human donors. Naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were cultured for three days to induce activation. The B cells and naive and activated T cells were profiled by RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and Hi-C.
