Series GSE126117 Query DataSets for GSE126117
Status Public on Jan 21, 2021
Title RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and Hi-C profiles of B cells and naïve and activated T cells from human peripheral blood
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary Mature B cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells were isolated from the peripheral blood of two human donors. Naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were cultured for three days to induce activation. The B cells and naive and activated T cells were profiled by RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and Hi-C.

Overall design Cells were isolated from two human donors, resulting in two biological replicates of each combination of cell type and activation status.
