Title RNA-sequencing analysis to investigate genes regulated by CASZ1 in C2C12 cells

Summary In this study we identified genes regulated by CASZ1b in C2C12 cells
Overall design 1) RNA was isolated from C2C12 cells that transfected with empty vector (EV), CASZ1a or CASZ1b and cultured in regular growth medium for 48 hr; 2) RNA was isolated from C2C12 cells that stably transfected with shCtrl or shCasz1 and cultured in differentiation medium for 48 hr.
