Summary Tph1WT (n = 3) and Tph1KO (n = 3) mice were exposed to 6 azoxymethane (AOM) injections and euthanatized after 12 weeks from the first carcinogenic exposure.
Overall design qPCR gene expression profiling. Mouse colon samples were used following the experiment described in the summary. Equal amount total RNA from each sample was pooled prior to gene expression analysis.
