Summary To determine gene expression changes upon CRISPR/Cas9-mediated WRN knockout in SW48 and OVK18. 72 hours after transduction of sgRNA into Cas9 expressing cells, RNA was harvested and submitted for sequencing.
Overall design Cas9 expressing SW48 and OVK18 cells were transduced with either a negative control sgRNA targeting an intergenic region of chromosome 2 (sgCh2-2), or one of two sgRNAs targeting WRN (sgWRN2, sgWRN3)
