Summary We report FLAM-seq, a cDNA library preparation method coupled to PacBio single-molecule sequencing for profiling full-length mRNAs including their poly(A) tail.
Overall design FLAM-seq data for 2 replicates of HeLa S3 cells, iPSCs, cerebral organoids, C. elegans L4 and adult, and one replicate for synthetic RNA and cDNA standards.
