Title Single cell RNAseq analysis of fetal perichondrium-derived bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells

Summary We revealed a single cell transcriptional landscape of bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells derived from the fetal perichondrium.
 
Overall design GFP+ and tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from postnatal day 21 (P21) femurs of Cxcl12-GFP; Hes1-creER; R26R-tdTomato mice, with tamoxifen injection at embryonic day 12.5 (E12.5). 18,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 2. platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq4000.
