Here we report CHIP-Seq DATA on KLF-1 pulldown in C. elegans N2 wild type and isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) mutant strain.

Overall design |
KLF-1-YFP was expressed under gut-specific vha-6 promoter in the N2 and isp-1(qm150);ctb-1(qm189) animals. The worms were collected at the first day of adulthood and the CHIP-seq experiment was performed using GFP-TRAP (Chromotek).
