Overall design We generated WWP2 mutant mice using CRISPR/Cas9 technology to introduce a 4-bp deletion in exon 2. We treated these mutant and wild type mice with angiotensin II infusion for 28 days and harvested left ventricle heart tissue to carry out bulk RNA-sequencing.
