This study is the first to provide a systematic dissection of whole transcriptome profiling in the APP/PS1 mouse brain. The identified ceRNA networks may provide insight into the diagnosis and therapy of AD in the future.

Overall design |
we used deep RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to examine whole transcriptome profiling in the brain of APP/PS1 mice (which express APP695swe and PS1-dE9 mutations) and wild-type control mice at the 6-month-old and 9-month-old stage.
