Title |
Clonal selection confers distinct evolutionary trajectories in BRAF-driven cancers |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Analysis of BRAF variant gene expression activity after constitutive variant expression in immortalized lung ephithelial cells. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that the level of BRAF activity will vary based on the identity of the variant expressed. Results provide important information on the variation and continous quality of BRAF activity across diverse variants that were tested.
