Title |
RNA expression profiles of mouse vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) transfected with scramble siRNA (scr) and circEsyt2 siRNA (si-circ) |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Circular RNAs play an important role in multiple pathological conditions. Recently, we identified a novel circRNA-circEsyt2 from mouse atherosclerosis (AS) model and found its involvement in AS development. To explore the molecular mechanism of circEsyt2, we performed RNA-seq to investigate the regulation of circEsyt2 on mRNA profiles.
