Expression profiling by array Third-party reanalysis
Summary
There is increasing evidence that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). In addition, lncRNA can act as a ceRNA by affecting mRNA expression levels by sponges miRNAs. The role of many biologi
Overall design
We systematically analyzed the microarray data of large samples of AD to construct a dysregulated ceRNA network to find candidate diagnostic biomarkers or potential therapeutic targets. Normalized using the RMA of the R package affy, and next the batch effect was removed by the combat of the R package SVA
