Title |
Single-Cell RNA-sequencing of human embryonic stem cell-derived macrophages |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Macrophages are major innate immune cells located in various human organs, and related in disease progression and regression. Therefore, genetic data of human macrophages are considered as a potential resource to understand of human diseases. Here, we performed large-scale transcriptome analysis of 2,931(raw data: 3,323) human embryonic stem cells-derived macrophages (iMACs) using single-cell RNA-sequencing technology, and provided public data resource for better understanding of the human macrophages’ characteristics and their heterogeneity.
