Title Genome wide maps of chromatin states of larval Drosophila neural stem cells (NSCs), their progeny and their tumorigenic counterparts

Summary We develop a FACS-based method to sort different cell types of larval Drosophila brain and perform chromatin immunoprecipitation with histone modifications: H3K4me3 for active mark and H3k27me3 for repressive mark. We then sequence chromatin immunoprecipitated DNA in order to examine the chromatin state changes in neurogenesis as well as in tumorigenesis.
 
Overall design examination of 2 histone modifications in four different cell types.
