Title |
Genomic profiles of crocidolite-induced malignant peritoneal mesotheliomas developed in mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome variation profiling by genome tiling array
|
Summary |
Intraperitoneal injection of crocidolite initiates malignant peritoneal mesothelioma (MM) in mice. We performed high-resolution comparative genomic hybridization to identify characterstics in the genomic profiles of crocidolite-induced MM in the mice.

Overall design |
The carcinogenesis protocol was performed for five groups of wild type, Dmt1-transgenic, Mth1-knockout, Mutyh-knockout and Ogg1-knockout mice. Genomes of 20 malignant mesotheliomas were profiled on Agilent 180K mouse genome CGH microarrays.
