Title Alpha Ketoglutarate Prevents Age-related Osteoporosis via Regulating Histone Methylations

Summary The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of aKG treatment on the self-renewal and lineage specification of mouse bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (mBMSCs). The sequence reads were mapped to mouse genome (build mm10) using TopHat followed by Cufflinks. Expression of key genes was validated by SYBR Green RT-qPCR assays.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of aKG-treated mBMSCs and contorl cells were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate.
