Organism |
Escherichia coli |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary |
RNA seq experiment was perfomed in the presence and absence of 10µM serotonin
Overall design |
EHEC strain 86 24 was used for this study. WT EHEC were grown until late log phase in low gluocse DMEM in the presence and absence of 10µM serotonin. RNA was extracted from these samples. The experiment was conducted with three biological replicates.
