Summary We performed RNA sequencing analyses of human iPSC and iPSC-derived skeletal muscle organoids in different differentiation stages of 4wk, 8wk, and 16wk.
Overall design Total RNA was extracted from single organoids or cultured cells and then analyzed by stranded RNA sequencing.
