Summary To understand the transcription regulation in kidney tubule cells, we captured histone modifications by ChIP and chromatin interaction profile by HiChIP with H3K27ac. We establish a transcription network by integrating the epigenetic map and transcription output.
 
Overall design Kidney tubule cell culture HK2 were subjected to ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and HiChIP.
