Title Genome-wide analysis of differentially methylated genes in the fetal pancreas of progenies born from oocytes of maternal hyperglycemia
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary MeDIP-seq was performed to identify the epigenetic alterations in the fetal pancreas of progenies born from oocytes of maternal hyperglycemia.

Overall design Offspring were generated from control and STZ-induced hyperglycemic mothers via female germline epigenetic inheritance. Fetal pancreases of both groups were collected on embryonic day 18.5. Find the genes of differentially methylated regions in the E18.5 fetal pancreases from both groups. 3 pancreases from fetus were pooled as one sample. 2 samples each group were analysed.
