Summary By using RNA-seq, we have dicovered hypoacetylated DAF-16 (KR) controlled additional subsets of longevity-related genes.
 
Overall design Total RNA from Day 1 N2 and daf-16(mu86) worms expressing wild-type and hypoacetylated DAF-16 were subject to Illuina RNA-seq in triplicate.
