Title |
RIP-seq analysis of PTBP1-bound RNAs |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To reveal PTBP1-bound RNAs, we conducted RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-seq) with total RNA samples from MKN-28 cells.
|
|
|
Overall design |
MKN-28 cells were used for RIP-seq. Fold enrichment of RNAs pulled down by PTBP1 antibody was detected by High-throughput Sequencing, and IgG served as a negative control.
