Summary We report that BET inhibitor (I-BET762) protect against cytokine induced pancreatic beta-cell apoptosis and did RNA-Seq to determine global transcriptome changes with the drug.
Overall design Rat insulinoma cell line (INS1) were treated with vehicle control (VC), I-BET762 (IB), ctyokine with vehicle control (CCVC) and cytokines with I-BET762 (CCIB) for 72h with cytokines added in last 24h.
