Title |
Gene expression analysis in inflammatory macrophages [batch1] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Analysis of the transcriptome of human monocyte-derived macrophages activated with IFN-gamma and LPS
|
|
|
Overall design |
Peripheral blood samples were collected from 5 healthy donors. Monocytes were sorted, then exposed to granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor to generate their differentiation. After 5 days of differentiation, macrophages were activated or not with IFN-gamma and LPS during 24 hours.
