Title RNAseq of Runx1 ck/o B cells at the resting B cell stage and after 3 hours of activation with anti-IgM

Summary We report the analysis by RNAseq of the changes in gene expression in mature B cells from mice that had the Runx1 gene conditionally knocked out at the transitional B cell stage.
Overall design Examination of polyA+ mRNAs from resting B cells isolated from mouse spleen where Runx1 exon 4 was deleted at the transitional B cell stage due to the expression of Cre under the CD23 promoter. The RNAseq analysis was carried out on three replicates for each cell type (control CD23-iCre B cells and CD23-iCre/Runx1 ck/o=Runx1-KO B cells) and for each condition (resting B= 0hrs and 3hrs activation with anti-IgM+IL4). The Runx1 c-k/o / Cd23-Cre conditional knockout mice were generated by crossing the Runx1fl/fl mouse line (generously provided by Nancy Speck, University of Pennsylvania) with the Cd23-Cre transgenic mouse line (generously provided by Meinrad Busslinger, IMP Vienna).
