This study aims to evaluate the effect of TUT4 knockdown on the function and global gene expression and know and novel lncRNAs respectively in human esophageal carcinoma cell (TE-1) and cervical cancer cell (Hela). Cells with TUT4 silencing were compared with control cells by LncRNA-Seq.
