Overall design |
Brain was dissociated using Neural tissue dissociation kit (P) (Miltenyi Biotec), and debris was removed using Debris removal solution (Miltenyi Biotec). GFP+ cells were sorted on FACS Aria III and single-cell RNA seq was performed using chromium single cell 3' library preparation kit (v3)
