Summary We carried out 10X sequencing of a timecourse of human induced pluripotent stem cells over a course of 20 days as they differentiated towards megakaryocytes.
 
Overall design Two single-cell transgene libraries were generated from a pool of cells, using primers specific for the ends of inserted lentiviral transgenes used to initiate differentiation.
