Title |
Identifying novel surface markers for megakaryocyte progenitor cells [D27 transgene] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We carried out 10X sequencing of D27 induced pluripotent stem cell-derived megakaryocyte population which had been sorted for surface markers of megakaryocyte progenitors.

|
|
Overall design |
Two sets of transgene libraries, one overexpressing TAL1 and the other overexpressing GATA1 and FLI1, were generated from each cell, using primers specific for the ends of inserted lentiviral transgenes used to initiate differentiation.
