Title |
Droplet-based single-cell RNA-sequencing facilitates trancritption analysis of small intestine CD4 cells from Germline free Xbp1ΔIEC and Xbp1fl/fl |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed theDroplet-based single-cell RNA-sequencing on small intestine CD4 cells from Germline free(GF) Xbp1ΔIEC and Xbp1fl/fl mice and found the effect of ER stress in epithelia cells on CD4 cells.

Overall design |
SI LP CD4 (CD45+CD4+TCRβ+) living cells from Germline free Xbp1ΔIEC and Xbp1fl/fl were FACS-sorted for sequencing. The sorted live cells were separated into a single droplet using the Chromium Single Cell 3' v3 kit according to the manufacturer’s instruction (10x Genomics). The libraries were sequenced on NovaSeq 6000 S2 platform.
