Title Evaluating the H2O2-induced tRNA expressions change in Streptococcus oligofermentans

Summary The tRNA gene expression change was evaluated by whole genomic microarray chip in Streptococcus oligofermentans challenged by H2O2.
 
Overall design Mid-exponential anaerobically grown Streptococcus oligofermentans was treated with or without 0.5 mM H2O2 for 30 min, then the cells were collected, total RNA extracted and subjected to Microarray hybridization. Two oligonucleotide were designed for each gene. The experiments were repeated for two times.
