Summary To decipher the role of Ezh2 mutations in leukemia we transplanted mice secondarily with BRSST (Bcor, Runx1, Sh2b3, Stag2, Tet2) sgRNAs with or without sgEzh2 to observe development of myeloid leukemia. Whole BM was used for ChIP-Seq analysis of histone modifications.
 
Overall design Examination of H3K27me3 and H3K4me3 in whole BM of transplanted, leukemic mice.
