Summary The triple-negative breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 with high CD43 expression was stably transfected with a vector expressing a non-functional shRNA or 4 of these same vectors each expressing a different shRNA targeting human CD43 mRNA. The transcriptomes of these two daughter lines were then compared by differential microarray analysis.
Overall design Differential microarray analysis of the triple-negative breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-232 +/- CD43 knockdown.
