Overall design 2 biological samples per condition and cell type are used. A total of 24 samples were used: 12 for mESC cells (2 Htt KO, 2 Htt WT,2 Q20 Htt, 2 Q50 Htt, 2 Q92 Htt, 2 Q111 Htt) and 12 for NPC cells (2 Htt KO, 2 Htt WT,2 Q20 Htt, 2 Q50 Htt, 2 Q92 Htt, 2 Q111 Htt)
