Series GSE177028 Query DataSets for GSE177028
Status Public on Jun 12, 2021
Title Chaperone-like protein DAY plays critical roles in photomorphogenesis
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We found that the transcriptome of day RNAi seedlings significantly overlaps with that of the bri1-116 mutant, especially in the dark. These data indicate that DAY acts as a positive regulator of BR signaling.

Overall design We compared the transcriptomes of day RNAi and bri1-116 seedlings grown in the dark or light.
