Title Insight into late synovial joint development by single cell transcriptomics in murine

Summary we performed single cell RNA-Seq analysis of 2,267 cells from E17.5 murine knee joint. Using computational analytics and in situ hybridization, we identified five sub-populations contributing to joint constituents, and the underlying transcriptional networks, signaling, and core regulators involving in potential lineage transition during late joint developmental stage.
Overall design We sampled Gdf5-lineage cells of the murine knee at embryonic time points e17.5 and subjected it to single cell RNAseq analysis via 10x.
