Summary This study aimed to invistigate the impact of H-Ras depletion on cognitive function and pathological features of AD.
 
Overall design We performed bulk mRNA-seq to examine the transcriptome changes associated with Hras knockout in APP/PS1 mice. RNA-Seq data was collected from 6 mice (3 males & 3 female) from each genotype group (APP/PS1, APP/PS1/Hras-/-) at 9 months of age. Sequencing was performed using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, generating 20 million reads per sample on a 150-bp paired-end run.
