Summary |
HK-2 cells were cultured in low and high glucose conditions for 96 hours in serum free conditions. Exosomes were isolated from the supernatant of these cells. miRCURY LNATM Universal RT microRNA PCR Human panel I+II (Exiqon) were used to study the differential expression from three different high glucose treated exosomes (HE1, HE2, HE3) than to low glucose treated exosomes (LE1, LE2, LE3).
