Title RNA-seq analysis after genetic overexpression or knockdown of TP73 in TL-Om1 cells

Summary RNA-seq analysis was performed in an adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell line (TL-Om1) to analyze gene expression changes after genetic overexpression or knockdown of TP73.
 
Overall design For overexpression study, lentiviral infection was carried out on TL-Om1 cells to overexpress TAp73 or ∆Np73 under doxycycline (dox)-inducible system. For knockdown study, lentiviral infection was carried out on TL-Om1 cells to stably express dCas9 and dox-inducible sgRNA targeting TP73 locus. Total RNA was harvested 3 days after dox induction and RNA-seq analysis was performed.
