Title |
Targeted protein expression analysis of skewed or drug-treated mouse T cells, and of serum from first disease vs flare in a model of Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Protein profiling by protein array
|
Summary |
We performed targeted protein expression analysis on cultured Th0, Th1 and Th2 cells, and on T cells treated with known drug triggers of cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). In tandem, we performed targeted protein expression analysis on serum from first vs flare Th2-injected mice in the CLE model.

Overall design |
DO.11 T cells were skewed in vitro towards Th0, Th1 or Th2. In tandem, Th0 were treated with known drug triggers of CLE, specifically 5' fluorouracil, terbinafine and hydrochlorothiazide, or vehicle. Culture supernatants were frozen for later analysis. We also measured inflammatory proteins in serum from mice in the first course of disease (approximately 4 weeks) or at flare (approximately 12 weeks). All samples were analyzed using Ray Biotech Quantibody Mouse Th1/Th2/Th17 Array (QAM-TH17-1-2).
Please note that the 'STD1' (in the slide_* raw data files) represents 'standard 1', which is recombinant protein standard mixture provided by RayBiotech.
