Title The oxidoreductase CLIC4 is required to maintain mitochondrial function and resistance to exogenous oxidants in breast cancer cells.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the different transcriptom of 6DT1 (murine mammary cancer cell line) wildtype cells or CLIC4-KO (by CRISPR cas9) untreated or treated 1uM H2O2 for 24 hours.

Overall design 6DT1 transduced with lentivirus to express CLIC4 (lenti) or with lentivirus to express an empty vector (empty) cells were untreated or treated with 1uM H2O2 for 24 hours.
