Title Astrocyte-neuron contributions to Huntington’s disease dissected with ZFPs

Summary We performed cell-type specific RNAseq in astrocytes and neurons in the presence or absence of ZFP transcriptional repressors in the striatum of R6/2 mouse model of HD.
Overall design Mutant huntingtin was reduced in a cell-specific manner either in astrocytes or neurons using zinc-finger protein (ZFP) transcriptional repressors. Cell-type specific RNA-seq using RiboTag approach was carried out in astrocytes and neurons in combination with mHTT reduction with ZFPs.
