Summary In this experiment, we studied how human beta defensin-2 (hBD-2) affects kinase activity of T cells.
 
Overall design Murine splenic CD4/CD8 T cells were treated with hBD-2 or vehicle (PBS) control for 20 min (n=3 per group). T cells from 2 individual C57BL/6 mice.
