Title Transcriptome changes in 22Rv1 and MCF7 cells after treatment with NONO ligands and controls
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-Sequencing to determine transcriptome changes in 22Rv1 and MCF7 cells after treatment with NONO ligands and controls. NONO KO (sgNONO) or control (sgControl) cells were treated.

Overall design sgControl or sgNONO 22Rv1 or MCF7 cells were treated in biological triplicate with DMSO (0.04%) or SKBG-1 (R) or SKBG-1 (S) (20µM and 5µM in 22Rv1 and MCF7 cells, respectively) for 4 hours prior to RNA-sequencing.
