Overall design The transcriptomes of N134 subcutaneous tumors (N134_SC), N134-RHAMMB subcutaneous tumors (N134_RHB_SC), and N134-RHAMMB liver mets (N134_RHB_met) were profiled and the differential expressed genes were identified.
