Title Effect of Creb1 KD on TVA dependent CD8+ T cell activation

Summary To investigate the role of Creb1 in TVA dependent CD8+ T cell activation, we knocked down Creb1 of mouse CD8+ T cells with siRNAs then treated with DMSO or TVA
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.
