Summary The goal of this study was to compare lamina-associated chromatin between alveolar type 1 and type 2 cells.
 
Overall design AT1 cells and AT2 cells were sorted from AT1 reporter Hopx-EGFP mice or AT2 reporter Sftpc-EGFP mice.
