Title Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) for the identification of markers disregulated in B-ALL cells following activation with the agonist CD40 antibody.

Summary The goal of this study was to identify through NGS transcriptomic (RNAseq), transcripts up and down-regulated, following the i.v. treatment of B-ALL Patient-Derived Xenotransplanted (PDX) mice (two models; #1 and #2) with anti-CD40 agonist antibody.
 
Overall design Total mRNA were extracted from hCD45+ B-ALL cells purified from the BM of PDX-mice.
