Summary To examine underlying differences in gene expression between young and old MSCs and the effects of exposure of old MSCs to media conditioned by young MSCs on gene expression we performed RNA sequencing
 
Overall design 6 replicates of 100 000 old MSCs were cultured separately or in co-culture with young MSCs for 7 days using a 04 micron Transwell system in 6-well plates.
